We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are filled by reservation on Zenplanner- so please use the application to guarantee your spot!

Open Gym is a time that you can come and work on your own or complete a wod you missed during the week!

Vinyasa Yoga

Most Saturdays
7am-8am

Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.
